Drag and Drop Website BuilderFollowing the establishment of the Tan Sri Leo Moggie Distinguished Chair in Energy Informatics, call for research proposals in the area of energy informatics is now opened. Researchers working in the relevant research areas in energy informatics are invited to submit research proposals that preferably fall under one of the following research thrust areas and respective focus areas of the Institute:
Terms and Conditions
Open to all researchers in Malaysia affiliated to any relevant organisation, institution, agency and industry.
Each proposed project is expected to be completed in about two years with estimated budget of between RM20,000 and RM50,000. Longer duration and higher budget can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Each research project must produce at least one Q1/Q2 journal publication.
Each project proposal, UPON SUCCESSFUL SELECTION FOR GRANT AWARD, will be required to work together with a member of the Institute in the similar field of expertise.
Application from industry is encouraged to provide a matching grant.
The selection committee's decision is final.
